These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 678 BD platform and all its services. 678 BD By using our services via the website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Registration Terms

• Each individual One Account Only can be opened. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth must be provided accurately.
• An NID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential — 678 BD will never ask for your password.
• Granting third-party access to your account is strictly prohibited.

Account Verification (KYC)

678 BD follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. Verification is required in the following circumstances:

• Before Your First Withdrawal
• For large transactions (৳50,000 or above)
• In Cases of Suspicious Activity

To use 678 BD's services, you must:

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Minimum Bet Amount ৳50 and the maximum amount is determined by the specific market.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• 678 BD reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a system error.

Cancelled & Postponed Matches

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within 24 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• Bets will be settled after the official announcement of the match result.

Multiple & Parlay Bets

You can add up to 20 matches in a multiple bet. In a parlay bet, all selections must win for the bet to pay out. If even one selection loses, the entire parlay is lost.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳100।
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, BRAC Bank, VISA/Mastercard.
• Successful deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• No additional charges on deposits.
• Depositing from another person's payment account is not permitted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳200।
• Withdrawals are only possible to a verified payment account.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 30–90 seconds.
• Bank transfers may take anywhere from 15 minutes to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Currency & Taxes

All transactions on 678 BD are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings.

Welcome Bonus

• Up to 100% bonus on your first deposit, capped at ৳5,000.
• Before Using a Bonus 15x Wagering must be fulfilled.

Weekly Cashback

• 10% of your net weekly losses is returned as cashback.
• Cashback is credited automatically every Monday.
• No wagering requirements on cashback — withdraw it directly.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• 678 BD reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
• In any bonus-related dispute, the decision of 678 BD is final.

678 BD believes betting should be fun, not harmful. We are committed to building a responsible gaming culture.

User Protection Tools

• Daily / Weekly Deposit Limits: Set your own deposit limits at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 1 day to 6 months.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake amount per bet.

Closed by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

Suspended / Closed by 678 BD

678 BD may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms
• Providing False Information
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Legal Requirements
• Security Reasons

In the event of an account suspension, you will be notified of the reason via email or directly through the platform.

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We are always committed to providing a fair and reasonable resolution.

Complaints Process

1. Step One: Submit a complaint via support chat or email. An initial response will be provided within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved, our dispute resolution team will conduct a full investigation.
3. Step Three: Resolution by mutual agreement — final decision within 7 business days.

For disputes relating to betting outcomes, the official result shall be deemed final. The decision of 678 BD management is final and binding.

678 BD reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified via email or on-platform notification for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
